use of the CA-EDRS application. This report is to be submitted to the CA-EDRS Help Desk by fax (916-552-8193)
or email (EDRSHelp@cdph.ca.gov) within 24-hours of the incident.

number will normally be responded to within 4 business hours with a maximum of 48 hours.
